Rohan Cooke

Rohan is a proud Wiradjuri man who prides himself on his heritage, culture and family values. His objectives are to give the best opportunities for male and female Aboriginal People no matter what age. To give back to communities. 

Rohan has lived in Wollongong - Dharawal Country for the last 15 years but grew up in Western Sydney on Gadigal Land where he began his trade as carpenter at 15. Since then he has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years delivering projects across a number of different fields for a variety of clients. Rohan’s client base ranges from the private sector to government and semi government organisations to Tier 1 construction companies. 

Rohan has been involved in all phases of the construction process providing services in design and design assistance, procurement, construction, commissioning and lifelong maintenance management. His experience includes the completion of projects ranging in size, value and complexity up to $5 million and has a reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget with high consideration of quality and safety.

For the last 15 years Rohan has owned and operated his own construction business carrying out projects in the Residential, Commercial, Aged Care, Defence and Power sectors.  Part of his roll not only included the tendering and management of a wide variety of projects, but also the day to day running of a medium sized building and construction company turning over $3 million a year.

· Safe working in Confined Space  

· First Aid (Bronze Medallion)

· Asbestos Superviser

· Asbestos Removal (friable)
